KIFA gives networking support to farmers enabling interaction with various government departments and officials, preferably on group basis.

When farmers meet with sudden misfortunes like natural calamity and wildlife attacks; resulting in crop loses, physical injury, and even death, KIFA tries to ensure that timely compensation is given to affected farmers.

Recently, when a person was killed by a wild bison in his home yard,at  Karuvarakundu,  the victim’s family was allotted Rs 5 lakhs within 24 hours because of the active involvement of KIFA. The sanctioning of the balance amount too is under speedy processing now.
