Currently, KIFA operations are centered in the forest bordering villages scattered all along the ’sahyas’, the western ghats  of Kerala – from Kasaragod to Trivandrum.

There are almost 300 panchayats KIFA has identified for launching its pro- farmer initiatives in the first phase. This is established human territory that some traitors disguised as environmentalists want to be converted to forest, after receiving money for their shadowy deeds.

Apart from the geographical angle, KIFA is training its attention on all institutions and influencers with its active presence in related forums and bodies. It’s constantly on the vigil against anti- farmer movements seeded and nurtured by vested interests so much so that KIFA’s radar should pick them the moment they are hatched.

The KIFA designs are slowly but surely getting woven into the fabric of public policy in Kerala for favourable outcomes for farmers.
