Organisation

A robust organizational structure is incorporated in KIFA to effectively execute its aims and ideals. The Farmer Groups (KFG) organized at ward level are the primary units of KIFA. The next tier is the panchayath / municipality level groups, followed by constituency level groups, district level groups, and finally the state committee.

There are also other Strategic Functional Units constituted to achieve specific targets. Internal monitoring, reporting, delegation of authority, and the cultivation of leadership at every level of organization set KIFA apart from others.

KIFA is determined to ensure the active participation and involvement of its members at every level of operation, most notably in administration. KIFA is giving a keen ear to issues that have the potential to snowball into a major botheration for the farming community.
